Drop-off:

• MCGP Weekend School starts at 10 A.M. Students go directly to the classrooms for the first period. Assembly is held later in the day. If the student is not on time, they may be marked Tardy / Absent and more importantly, miss the lessons.

No ⁠Access to upstairs:

 

• Due to security reasons, NO PARENTS/GUARDIANS are allowed upstairs before the end of Dhuhr salah which is the pickup time. We will be strictly enforcing this rule going forward. Please cooperate with our staff.

Early Pickup:

 

• The cutoff time for early pickup is 12:45 P.M. After that, you must wait until the end of Dhuhr to pickup your child.

 

Pickup:

 

• Dhuhr salah is part of school. Parents are expected to park their cars and pickup students from INSIDE the masjid. Please DO NOT do a drive thru pickup.

 

Level KG – 4 Pickup Locations:

• KG – 2: Parents must SIGNOUT students from their classrooms upstairs after Dhuhr salah.

• 3 – 4: Parents must pickup students from their classrooms upstairs after Dhuhr salah. No Signout required.

 

Level 5 – 9 Pickup Locations:

 

• Parents must meet/pickup students from INSIDE the masjid after Dhuhr salah.

  • For 5-9, we do not enforce a location. We only try to ensure that no child leaves the front door without a parent.

  • Please discuss with your child on a specific location INSIDE the masjid where they will wait for you. Preferably in the Musallah or foyer area.
